How does Inspomail work?
Inspomail is a monthly subscription product delivered to your door. The first month you receive a picture frame with your first print ready to display. Each additional month a new print and an envelope arrives. Update your inspirational frame with your new print and use last month's print to pay it forward. How can I access My Account, change my address or payment method?
Click the Log In link at the top of the Inspomail website or click here. Use My Account to update your information, payment method and address.
When is my Inspomail payment charged?
Your first payment is processed on the day your order is placed. Your auto-renew date is the same day of the month your original order was placed. Log In to My Account to view your payment schedule details.
(Monthly subscription: If your original order was placed on January 1st your auto-renew date is the first of every month. 6 month subscription: If your original order was placed on January 1st your auto-renew date is July 1st. All one year subscriptions and gift subscriptions are one-time payments only, no auto-renew. In the event of a short month, if you placed your original order on the 31st of the month your auto-renew date is the last day of the following month).
Can I only order the picture frame with one print and opt out of the monthly subscription?
If you only wish to take advantage of the first month, place an order for the monthly subscription and cancel before it renews.

When do I receive my Inspomail delivery?
Inspomail usually ships every Monday! Orders placed the previous Saturday to Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are shipped by Canada Post. You will receive notification once your order has shipped.
Do I pay for shipping?
Inspomail currently offers free shipping in Canada on all subscriptions.
Does Inspomail deliver outside of Canada?
Currently we only deliver within Canada. Stay tuned for other mailing options in the future!
How do I cancel my auto-renew Inspomail subscription?
If you are not completely satisfied with your monthly or 6 month auto-renew Inspomail subscription you can cancel up to one business day before your auto-renew date.
Log in to your account or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel. Please note: cancelling will not cancel Inspomail deliveries you have already paid for, cancelling will stop the renewal of your subscription.
Does Inspomail offer returns?
Inspomail subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your auto-renew on monthly and 6 month subscriptions up to one business day before your payment is processed. All one year and gift subscriptions are one-time payments only, no auto-renew.
